The location is magnificent and perfect, it's short walk to the centre of Lille, train station and the Christmas market. You can relax at Le Plaza Restaurant, located nearby. The service is good, includes paid parking. Happy to have a bar in the lobby.

It had too soft beds, maybe it was bad luck.

The room also had a coffee machine and a selection of coffee, as well as a kettle. The bathroom was clean and modern. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for our early Eurostar train - just a short walk away.

the shower mecanism caused confusion in all three rooms booked i think as it is not obvious that you pull under the tap you should put a note or change them
