The restaurants served up a wide variety of food to cater for all nationalities and the facilities for Club members are excellent from all aspects.
The staff were courteous and especially the Concierge gave us excellent guidance for our walking tour of KL.
The location is excellent and the Crowne Plaza Kuala Lumpur is a fine example of.

Location for shopping was the best and settee in the window area was a nice place to put briefcase and papers. Breakfast was buffet style very good, the staff were very kind and helpful especially in the concierge, our room was on club level and well maintained albeit a bit small. The pool was great.
