    • Good underground parking and gay Street and Market Square. The indoor pool perfect for a swim workout, the fitness center well equippped and the place is clean and efficient. Staff are really friendly and super bedding and down cover, same as all Crowne Plazas.

    • Great location, a pleasant stay and our govt rate was worth every penny. Service was quick and efficient, the treatment of employees was excellent. The room was very nice and the orange juice in the restaurant was fresh. Gym was huge very nice, indoor pool was decent.

    • Super nice new gym and appeared the indoor pool area had been renovated, about the only thing I liked in the hotel was the room service, the staff were friendly and most accomodating. The cold water worked fine, coffee was great.

    • Great view, very pleasant stay and staff very friendly and good service. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows, fitness very nice and modern. Well as soon as the elevator doors opened you could smell.

    • Our room was on the 12th floor overlooking the adjoining Downtown area of market square and the hotel was clean and quiet. Service/refreshments were handled well and tv was big and was true hd. The food was great.

    • I liked this hotel and friendly helpful staff. Free and fast internet service, good pillows, restaurant breakfast wasn't bad and reasonably priced.

      Not worth the money and the menu had a very poor selection. The pool was not very nice either, and was in the gym.
