Crowne Plaza Hotel Key West-La Concha - 基韋斯特

While at first the location of the hotel seemed ideal, located right on Duval Street, it was anything but.

The Crowne Plaza on Duval Street is in a great location if you are without a car in Key West Historic District.

At night, we would come back to the hotel and we found ourselves in the best location to do everything and avoid the expensive cabs at the end of the night!

A recommendation for Key West-bound travellers: we used a company called "Between the Seas" for our transfer from Miami International Airport to Key West.

She sad she had no idea how to get out by the airport and that we should ask somebody on the street.

Our room was very small as was the bathroom; however the bed was very comfortable.

Our room was so small with two double beds and an armoire that we couldn't have a suitcase at the end of the bed.

The room was fantastic, a large comfortable bed, complete with sleep pack, lavender water, eye mask, calming cd.

Our only complaints were that the air conditioning vent for our room blew directly on the bed.

Our room, which we upgraded to a Junior Suite prior to arrival, was comfortable, tastefully decorated and with a spacious, clean bathroom.

I also feel that if the hotel gave coupons (which they use to) for discounts on their restaurant meals and drinks at the rooftop bar I would have tried Captn Jacks or the breakfast buffet.

The reception area is wonderful and the bar/restaurant was nice with reasonably priced, very good food and friendly staff.

The hotel is great just for that i mean you are located on Duval st basically in front of every good bar and restaurant.

The bar/restaurant was nice, pool was beautiful.

We truly enjoyed our stay and ate at some fantastic restaurants, drank at some great bars, and visited some wonderful local shops and spent a whole bunch of money!

The housekeeping staff was phenominal, turndown service was great, front desk was friendly and helpful.

The staff at the hotel from housekeeping to front desk was very responsive to all our needs.

Friendly staff and the concierge was FANTASTIC.

The hotel staff was very helpful, the service was very nice and the balcony made the experience the best.

The hotel was rather nice, car parking around the back (at cost), with a small but suitable pool on the roof (may as well head to the beach).

I even caught a housekeeping lady spraying the elevator cabin with airfreshener (and that made it even worse!

The lobby area is very nice as is the pool area and pool bar (but could use servers to bring drinks from the bar to the pool instead of having to get out of the pool and go up ten steps to the bar all wet).

The rooms were clean, pool was SO nice for cooling off during the hot afternoon.

Our room was spotless and pool was also great.

The room itself was just average size, but was very clean and had very nice decor.

The rooms are clean, the drinks are great and the pool is nice.

The hotel rooms were small but clean and had all the amenities.
