              Nice views of Hartford and great hotel. Beautiful lobby pool and staff very friendly. The room was clean and free newspapers each day was a plus. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

              The common areas are nice, the hotel is welcoming upon first appearance and and Service at a regular holiday inn is better. Tub drain stopped up, the food is excellent.

              City free shuttle right outside the garage and the hotel is pleasantly decorated, clean, and the rooms are nice comfy. Staff are friendly , 2, rather a better tv than touch screen heating system.
