  The location is perfect, the staff are all very attentive and the place is neat and tidy, the building is at downtown just beside Harare Gardens. Rooms are big in size and maintained well.

  Just a few minutes walk from heart of the city, the French restaurant in the hotel is super and the staff are more than pleasant, almost overly friendly.

  Room service menu is very expensive and the food is terrible, the buffet is way overpriced for Zimbabwe at $25 for breakfast, think dinner was same.

  Oh, and the views from my room on the 11th floor were just fantastic, staff at check in was very friendly and courteous. The formal restaurant was excellent.

  Becided that staff great, spacious rooms and big breakfest, obviously overrated, nice bar and restaurant at the ground floor.
