Crowne Plaza Hotel Dallas-Market Center - 达拉斯

My wife and I loved the room, the breakfast buffet, the location, and the staff.

The location is very convenient to downtown and a nice hotel in general.

As you can see from a map, the location is very convenient to downtown, and unlike many downtown hotels, the parking is free.

The location was convenient, the hotel staff was wonderful and the room was large and clean.

I had stayed at this hotel which is conveniently situated on Stemmons Freeway (I-35) south of Mockingbird Lane about 12 miles from Dallas Airport (Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport) and 3 miles from Love Field Airport.

Some of the nice aspects about staying there were: the rooms were spacious, with a comfortable bed and armchairs.

We found the rollaway bed to take up too much room and on our way out the next morning requested that it be taken out.

After negotiation we received rollaway beds for each room (were told all the rooms were booked).

It just has a cold dark feel all over the lobby, the rooms, even the bar is depressing and the bed was uncomfortable too.

Rooms needed to be cleaned,dirty carpet with spots,one bed needed to be fixed broken down,breakfast made to order egg omlets very high in cost.

The bar comped us free beers, good pillows and restaurant was great.

I had just ordered room service and they offered to pick up the tab and buy me breakfast in their restaurant.

They said they would have adjusted our charge if we hadn't prepaid, and offered us free breakfast, which did us no good, as breakfast was included in our conference meals.

Fast and free internet, the best fitness equipment around, the breakfast buffet was good.

The hotel is just minutes (5) from Dallas' best "restaurant row".

Their room service is a joke, there are no real concierge services nor a real business center and the rooms are dated and in disrepair.

On the plus side, the service in the bar and restaurant was great (the front desk service was limited by it being a constant employee meeting spot) and the workout room is exceptional.

The hotel included complimentary toiletries, the front desk staff was very polite and helpful, the beds were very comfortable.

Adjacent to the pool is a fitness center.

The second time we were there, everything was great except the pool was cold and the jacuzzi was cold.

There is also an indoor swimming pool with a billiards table at the poolside.

Free wireless internet throughout the hotel is a major plus.

ALL staff encountered were very nice and room did appear to be clean.

The room was clean, but it didn't quite look like the photos on the website.

The hotel staff were curtious and prompt, the room was clean.

Rooms were clean, breakfast made to order egg omlets very high in cost.

The room was on the third floor and was very nice and clean.
