The location was great, the hotel was kind of expensive considering its quality and especially for the price we paid - $88 / night.
The hotel's superb location is the first draw.
Overall, good location, good amenities & good experience.

The hotel’s restaurant disappointed us as the first morning we were there we went in for breakfast only to be told that there was a 15 minute wait.
The buffet breakfast and the evening snacks are delicious, nicely presented, and an enormous savings if you don't have plans or a need to dine in a restaurant.
Max Erma's Restaurant was very good for breakfast.
There is a very limited snack bar, a bar and the regular restaurant is a short distance away.
The hotel location was close enough to walk to the Short North area (which has cute shops and restaurants), City Center Mall, Ohio Theatre and the state Capitol, but we felt the walk to the German Village was a little too long.
From front desk staff to the waiter in the executive lounge, everyone was very friendly and helpful.
They were having trouble with their computer system when I arrived, but they were right on top of the problem and had managers at the front desk working with the staff to see that check-in went smoothly.
