  Convenient for city centre, buses are great and just a few minutes walk to downtown Christchurch. Crowne plaza hotel location is perfect, the lobby is better and friendly staff once you understand the accent. The tea salad is amazing.

  Wonderful lady taxi driver gave us lots of information and location was central. Room service quality was fine, definitely not worth the money we paid for and the reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. The beds were comfortable, the new Moroccan restaurant was good and concierges were professional and knowledgeable.

  The location, is lovely and hotel seemed to be well pratronised by a mixture of locals. The staff is very helpful and bed is just way too soft. The restaurant is good too.

  Central location, great hotel and excellent restaurants in house. Reasonable price and lobby nice. Staff were great, polite and room was clean. Breakfast on the first 2 nights was fine.

  Views of the sunrise in the morning were incredible and the room in the hotel was of a size you did not feel cramped. The staff were great, bed was very comfortable and the food and the service was excellent.
