Great location near Century Park. The rooms are clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast selection is excellent with a variety of delicious food. The staff is professional and friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

Bed was top, we are both 180cm/190cm,. Two metro stations are within walking distance.

Located near metro stations and People's square, Parkline Century Park Hotel offers a convenient location for visiting the expo or the exhibition center. The rooms are spacious and have great views from the windows. The staff is helpful and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of options to enjoy.

Limited English knowledge of some staff members can cause communication challenges in certain situations.

Hotel has exceeded our expectations. Very good breakfast buffet with everything your heart desires. Hotel and rooms were very clean and beautifully furnished. The subway station is not directly in front of the front door but can be reached within 10 minutes by foot. I would recommend the hotel.

Spacious rooms with ample amenities, including a well-stocked mini bar. Impressive buffet breakfast with a wide range of options, especially for vegetarians. English-speaking staff, even the bellboys, who were eager to assist. Convenient central location and safe surroundings for walking. Plenty of taxis available, just be sure to hold on to the concierge's taxi paper to avoid any price disputes.

Just 10 minutes by taxi to Shanghai Expo

Food assortment so pure and bad quality. Incredible for this type of hotel. The same situation in Hainan Crowne Plaza I was last year. Also be careful with a bill. I paid half board but when I was checking out responsible person in reception forgot it and put to the account dinner twice that why I'm forced to ask them to count an account. Well that checked up!

The staff was very helpfull and kindly. Gym was great as all spa facilities.

The buffet was repetitive with no variation of foods. The bar services and products were above the price.

The manager Jerry is welcoming and helpful, remembering guests' names. The rooms have great views and are spacious. The staff is attentive and the concierge offers excellent suggestions. The hotel has a solid charm and the lobby promotes relaxation. It is well-located with everything guests need nearby.

There was no wireless interney in the rooms. No pay per view movie channels. İ had some problems with the shower head which should be cleaned yearly to ease water flow.

Personnel was extremely helpful. Very kind, and knowledgeable of the city. They went beyond their call of duty helping me when I lost my wallet in China and I had to go pick it up from the local police station. They sent a bellman with me to the station, and he helped me get my wallet with all my contents back. It was a very impressive service, that I didn't really expect to receive. I am very grateful to the hotel staff for their help.

The main problem with the hotel is the air conditioning system in the rooms. Their thermostats in the rooms are only able to control the fan speed but if you select a cooler temperature, the a/c would never cool off below 18c. It was so humid and hot in the city, that the room felt damped all the time and the bed felt wet. Called maintenance and the only thing they did was to put the fan in high, but the temperature never went down. It was very uncomfortable. We had two rooms in different floors and both of them were the same way.

Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Rooftop restaurant with Pudong view. Pool on the 6th floor. Super quiet location

The hotel is good, the rooms are large and clean and well furnishes the staff is helpful and devoted.

The quality of the western food is so poor, the sauce of the Pizza was almost a soup! The Hotel must improve the western food otherwise all is great.
