  Location is very good and the hotel has a professional staff and is located near the metro line 2. The price is reasonable for Shanghai and service is perfect. The rooms are cheerful, clean and spacious, sauna on the 6th floor are really great facilities, free coffee and tea in the lounge throughout the day.

  Very new modern area and just 10 minutes by taxi to Shanghai Expo. The hotel is good and staff very friendly and would go out of there way to help. Rooms are very nice and spacious, breakfast is perfect, the Crowne Plaza in Pudong is really a fine choice.

  Knowledgeable of the city and great stay. Staff very helpful and friendly and comfortable room. 2 free drinks daily from the mini bar, good restaurants and one of my perfect choice.

  Good location and great Hotel. Efficient, clean, helpful staff and employee here are really nice and friendly. Bed is one of the most comfortable i had ever experienced, gym and indoor swimming pool is excellent.

  The location was good for my business on this trip and the price was reasonable, my stay at Crowne Plaza was excellent, the well trained staff spoke English. I ordered lunch and dinner in the room a few times and the food/service was acceptable, alan and Kenny at the Concierge desk were most helpful, gym was great as all spa facilities.

  The location is fine, in Pudong and near a metro station, stuff in the restaurant is really very nice and good. The staff is very friendly and the room is big and clean.
