Crowne Plaza Hotel Billings - 比灵斯

The location is excellent as we like to walk around downtown and the hotel is well located to some nice bars/restaurants in the area.

Across the street from a great restaurant, lovely location and the inside decor needs updating as well.

In the historic district, great location and jake's across the street is a good place for steak.

It was wonderful after a long day at the airport.

We were on the side facing the airport, which was no problem at all.

The room was a normal everyday room with a king bed and a crib was brought up to us right away even though it was so late at night.

Our room was very spacious with a king bed and pull-out couch.

The renovated rooms are great, with good beds, wonderful bathrooms and great TVs.

The bed is nice, but all in all the room needs some major updates.

The room is just down the hall from the exercise rooms (both have two flat screen plasma TV's).

On the morning I was checking out, I tried to get some breakfast, but the elevator would not go up to the restaurant because no one could find an employee who had a key to open the floor.

The restaurant, located on the 20th floor, offers a nice view of the city and offered nicely prepared food.

The lounge and restaurant have been temporarily relocated to the 23rd floor and no longer have an ambience.

The Starbucks was a HUGE plus - as was the bar on the 20th floor - with an amazing view!

18th floor or something way up there has the best view of Billings, though the staff was no where near ready for guests - badly understaffed for breakfast.

The front desk staff was very helpful and room was nice and large.

The artwork placed throughout the lobby was very nice and front desk service was superb.

Thirdly, the front desk staff does not seem to be able to do their job properly.

Pleasant receptionist though the reception was rather dark.

The hotel desperately needs renovating and I am assuming that they are in the process of doing since the pool/jacuzzi were "out of service.

The pool and jacuzzi were still out of action.

Parking on the hotel lot is limited, but they will validate tickets from the public garage next door.

The staff was very nice and the room was very clean.

This one in Billings is great, rooms are comfortable and clean.

Reasonable prices too, has the best bar in the city just off the lobby and the rooms are clean.

The room was very clean and well-maintained.
