Crowne Plaza Hotel Auckland - 奥克兰

The location is great being centrally located in downtown Auckland.

Its central location was very close to the sky tower, the hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The Sky Bus from the airport stops at the main entrance.

The airport link bus (excellent service, best way into the city by far) dropped us off at the door, but this was just because the driver was being helpful and had few passengers.

Our room (2610) was large and well-appointed with two comfortable double beds, a desk, closet, center bed stand, and a large attractive bathroom with tub/shower combination and adequate counter space.

Upstairs large bedroom, dressing room and huge bathroom with spa bath, shower and the usual robes etc.

The room was spotless, the bathroom was large and well-lit, and the bed was comfortable.

The staff allowed us to check in early but our room with a king bed was not yet available, but they did ask if we would take a room with a queen bed and to compensate, they would upgrade us to a harbor view.

We had a lovely, spacious, clean room with 2 queen beds and a lovely bathroom.

As mentioned earlier, the Club Floor contains: bar and heavy snack food until 730pm, coffee and internet available at all times, big screen TV with nice couch, continental breakfast available the next morning.

Clean room, loud US citizens at the bar for complimentary evening drinks and so I plumped for the continental breakfast buffet.

All the staff were delightful, particularly in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

We could have walked into the restaurant and got breakfast if we'd have wanted it.

Service was good with no exceptions from speedy front desk and friendly restaurant to excellent concierge.

We found the staff at Reception attentive and the Concierge was knowledgable but the restaurant staff a little surly.

Good central location, great Hotel and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

It is easy to find and had plenty of car parking.

There is a bar and restraunt in the lobby, and a gym (sub standard) on the 12th floor.

I also didn't have time to check out the gym like I thought I would.

Not wireless, and it is charged PER MINUTE.

The rooms were clean, breakfast was excellent.

Room was clean and the food was beautiful.

In addition the room was spotless, food was lovely.

We had everything we needed and the room was very clean.

The hotel is extremely clean with beautiful rooms-very spacious and even the city views are lovely.
