The location was great and they offered shuttle to and from the airport which really helped out.

The staff was very accommodating considering that our meeting was at another location but allowed us to display our information in the lobby for our attendees staying there.

Free Shuttle bus from airport adds to convenience, if you're not too familiar with Atlanta Airport follow the signs for Ground Transportation, the shuttle bus for the Crowne Plaza will stop in the area marked as Metro area Hotels.

This hotel is located only one exit from the airport and right beside it is a gas station if you need to top off your rental car.

The beds were decorated very nice and the had a nice bed and sheet set.

The hotel has a Restaurant which I didn't use, there are a few fast food, casual dining establishments within walking distance if you are looking for something basic to eat.

Within a 2-3 block (5 minute) walk from the hotel are at least a dozen restaurants, ranging from basic fast food (Arbys, KFC) through low cost sit-down (Waffle House, a good BBQ joint) to several nicer places (Italian, Mexican, etc.

Also there are quite a few restaurants in walking distance; Ruby Tuesday's, the Waffle House, a few bars, and some fast food places.

Although the rooms are average but nice; the staff and front desk are wonderful.

One little word of advice, he isn't always at his desk during the day so if you need to retrieve your luggage and he's not there, the front desk staff will happily oblige and retrive it for you.

I fly a carrier that is located on the North Terminal and the shuttle only drops off at the South Terminal.

The carpet had seen better days, as had the bathroom but it was all very clean none the less.

Beds were comfortable with soft pillows, clean sheets, and a lovely duvet.
