I was impressed with this hotel, particularly considering the bargain prices if you book and pay in advance.

In a quiet location, probably the best hotel in Alice Springs and efficient staff at a reasonable price.

Quiet location and the heated pool a welcome recreation spot for our kids.

Excellent location and the Casio/Hotel is nextdoor to the Hotel so theres stuff to do there as well.

Was here as a sort of half way house between the airport and going to the Red Centre.

It was a little too far for us to walk into town, but taxi rides are very cheap and arrive within two or three minutes of being called, wherever you are.

The bedroom contained 2 double beds with an adjoining bathroom and toilet.

Our room 333 was a lovely spacious suite with a large lounge/ dining room and separate bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite.

Our twin room was huge with two king beds and the bathroom very spacious.

The following day the room was cleaned but the milk was not replenished, nor was the bed made.

Staff are friendly, crisp clean bed linnen and hanuman's restaurant is great.

The Thai restaurant there was good for dinner, but the hotel was a bit remote without a car and breakfast and lunch there were expensive.

The feature of this hotel is "Hanuman" , an outstanding restaurant with Thai/Indian cuisine.

The main restaurant and breakfast area, "Balloons", a bit lacking in atmosphere.

The breakfast in the restaurant was awful - slightly cold , no beans, scrambled eggs not up to much.

I particularly liked the water garden area and the Hannaman Restaurant in the hotel has great food.

Pleasant surroundings, excellent customer service from ALL hotel staff and the young front desk person was very attentive.

We made our flight only through the quick thinking and thoughful assistance of the on-duty manager and reception staff.

The young front desk person was very attentive and gave excellent friendly service, even asking if we needed a late check out or taxi booked when we left.

Our time at this hotel was quiet and comfortable with clean rooms and friendly reception staff.

Execellent outdoor pool and garden facility.

The closed swimming pool area was getting retiled but looked very nice.

The pool area is nice and the decor is pleasantly exotic.

Our room 168, although a bit dated, was clean and overlooked a beautiful palm treed oasis.

Also staff were all excellent and the room was clean.

    Great views and intenet charges were high at over $25 per day or 55cents per minute. Also staff were all excellent and the room was clean. Breakfast buffet was a nice layout.

    Pretty good considering overall area, the breakfasts were great - we've stayed in a lot of hotels and staff was very friendly. Room service was nice, food was excellent.

    Very nice hotel, friendly staff and our next room was slightly better.

    The view was amazing, friendly staff made the stay enjoyable and the lobby bar was nice. Service was good, check-out were prompt and efficient, the rooms were very pleasant. The food was great and i enjoyed the outdoor facilities.

    Good restaurant on site and very pleasant stay. We didn't at the Lobby Bar, helpful staff and late checkout at 11 PM was nice. The beds were comfortable and had a great sleep & food was great.

    Quiet location, reasonable value and good rates. The lobby is attractive, annoying to have to collect them from reception and we got a free room upgrade. Breakfast is nice, swimming pool – heated for cool desert winters.
