  Coffee topped up, plates cleared away, all in an exemplary manner, good spa.

  We loved this place and thoroughly recommend , ignore the bad reviews, no modern features in the room like eco cleaning.

  The location was good for exploring the cotswolds, situated close to Chipping Norton, the staff were fantastic amd the hotel was clean and service was excellent. Room was nice and new, not i would class as delux as was booked, coffee was fine.

  Such amazing views and the food was great, our room was in the main hotel and from the minute we walked in the hotel was beautiful, all the staff were obliging and helpful. The tv was ancient the bed squeaked you looked at and breakfast was the typical English breakfast and was very good.

  Loved the quiet relaxed atmosphere and lovely Building. Friendly staff on reception, clean room and excellent food the 1 st night. Very nice facilities.

  Service extremely slow in bar area on sunday afternoon, one person serving kept disappearing, cereal choice was also limited.

  Beautiful hotel lovely stay and fantastic main house. Staff were very helpful and room was nice and new, not I would class as delux as was booked. The food in the golf bar was amazing.

  A lovely modern hotel and beautiful and characteristic in the main house. Pool facilities very friendly staff, nice rooms and food was very good, and the set price menu was great value.

  Used the hotel as accomodation for the British f1 gp and excellent service. The shower being very good and meals adequate. Lovely swimming pool.

  A modern hotel linked to an historic mansion and staff were friendly and helpful. All the rooms were spotless and comfortable, the food over the weekend was excellent.

  All in all a very happy easter in a beautiful place, the staff were universally very pleasant and for a very chilly December day the room was lovely and warm. The food was excellent and the conference auditorium was fantastic.

  The serving staff and barmen were really friendly, the Bedrooms in the Falcon wing were clean warm.

  The drive way leading to hotel was badly lit and breakfasts were poor.
