I was in town for business for two nights and the hotel was perfect for my needs. The location was extremely convenient, with easy access to the freeway and nearby cities like San Francisco and Palo Alto. The hotel was also very clean and well-maintained. The room itself was equipped with excellent lighting and a spacious desk, making it easy for me to work without straining my eyes. I also appreciated the addition of a comfortable couch in the room. The hotel staff went above and beyond by arranging a cab for me and recommending the best driver I've ever had for my early morning meeting.

Good location to the airport; Airport shuttle; All the conveniences needed for a short stay; The pool and jacuzzi was very nice;

The beds were not very comfortable. Also the loud music from the night club did not make our stay very relaxing while trying to enjoy the pool nor in our room. With the pool next to the night club, it lacked privacy of trying to enjoy time in the pool why passerby's "checked out" who was in the pool.

Enough free parking, good distance to San Francisco City and the airport, large rooms and nice facilities, everything was clean.

The central heating in the room was great. The safe and cable TV with on-demand movies were very convenient. The hotel's location next to the valley and restaurants was perfect. I enjoyed having lunch/dinner at Panera Bread, which was within a 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

The staff were very very helpful and pretty friendly and know their duties. Location: the hotel was right by San Francisco and San Jose and shops and eateries and nearby food places. And it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Panera Bread, ate there couple of times.

Excellent service and great location, great for our needs. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the king room, plus a safe, multi-channel television and a cable TV with on-demand movies.
