  View was beautiful and the food you can choose from all the places was awesome. Staff were all excellent, bathroom was exceptional and the breakfast was great. Pool was fantastic.

  The view from the room window was beautiful, staff were great and the bed was comfy and the bath deep. The breakfast was excellent at the conservatry restaurant.

  Service was slow for a 5 star hotel and the pool was nice as was freezing outside.

  The hotel attendants turn up every night for turn down service every night without fail and the deluxe rooms are very impressive as well. The food is not really very good.

  Very accommodating staff, comfortable beds and plus free drinks 'happy hour' in the evening. Great spa and gym.

  Loved everything about this hotel, the buildings either shabby or dirty and not a big fee. The robes weren't even soft and apparently about 50% of the wines are unavailable.
