  Nice hotel, friendly staff and cleaned to perfection every day by the very hard working maids. Perfect rooms, great cocktails at the bar and good choice of restaurants and food. I loved the spa.

  Excellent place, extremely helpful staff and friendly employees. We just expected a slightly larger, more updated room, nice restaurants and the Japanese foodoutlet for lunch was great.

  The best place was waynes boots, second seafood and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and large, larger than i expected, restaurants were great. The kids pool/pirate ship/slides were awesome.

  The Japanese/ sushi place was very good, the staff were very friendly and welcoming to the kids, rooms were cleaned to high standard. The drinks were great.

  S + professional staff, wireless works well in the room and we especially liked the dinner at the French restaurant. The Japanese lunch spot was great.

  The staff were brilliant and all spoke fluent English, our room had a leak from the light fixture in the bathroom. The buffet was disappointing, the spa was great.

  Various choices of restaurants, kids liked the Asian wings and pasta bar, just some video games and pool tables.

  This hotel is massive and poorly maintained, elevators in the old building are not good, the room is dark and the bathroom is worse.

  S location on the beach was wonderful and the buses in Cancun were great. The hotel was nice and service was excellent. Our room was big and elevators were fine once u get the doors to shut.

  Beach and pool were great, the views from the room were incredible, the cleanliness at the hotel as a whole was impressive as well. Some staff agents were very helpfull and the maid did an excellent job every day cleaning. Our balcony was amazing, restaurants were very good and dinners were a huge letdown. The Japanese/sushi bar was fantastic and we were sorry didn't open later.

  The beach is great too, phone cards are cheaper in the shops I think than the machine by the phones and hotel looks a bit crowded, this is applicable to almost any other large hotel. Lobby bar always full in the evenings , and a big hello to miguel, i waited 45 minutes on line just to talk to the front desk. Rooms are always clean, the food is good and rafts and pool toys are fine.

  Excellent beach and nice area. The hotel itself was great, the staff there was very friendly and also the 24 hour room service was pleasant. Breakfast was the best, all in all, the pools were kept clean.
