Crossland Tucson-Butterfield - 土桑

Crossland has a great location - right off i-10, manager Carolyn tried her best to fix the problem.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to Tucson Int'l Airport.

Worst of all, for their final night we booked my parents into La Quinta near the airport.

The bathroom ceiling above the shower had mold growing, no bath soap, no shampoo, no coffee but a coffee maker, bathroom floor had not been swept or moped in sometime.

They could not give me a room with two beds, but while I was in the lobby a woman walked in without a reservation and they gave her two beds, I was shocked.

Asked for room with 2 beds they would only give us a room with 1.

Front entry dorr into room was bent at the bottom like it had been kicked in at one time.

When we got to our room the door was open.

It's close to a supermarket (Fry's) and is next door to a Wendy's, but there's really nothing in the way of restaurants in that area.

However this obviously wasn't the case as local restaurants/stores had no trouble with the card.

Every promise made by the staff was not kept.

Hotel staff did nothing to make this right at all.

I called the front desk and they said sometimes the housekeepers forget to close the doors.

The office has limited hours, it's short-staffed and the staff is usually fairly surly, and the housekeeping is once a week.

Crossland staff continued to act as though this was my father's fault.

Hotel was willing to change my reservation for me.

The Crossland branch manager was no help, snidely implying that it was probably his own fault.

Hotel was willing to change my reservation for me, the room was clean and the kitchenette was very nice.

Best value in southern arizona, the service was very friendly and the room was clean I have no complaints there.

But it is a well-maintained property and the room was clean, quiet and it served me well.
