Great hotel for little money and not bad for the price.
This hotel is obviously aimed at the budget traveler; fellow guests were mostly working people (not business people), but I appreciate having a place to stay near school that doesn't cost a fortune!
1 double bed for 2 college age females for New Years yeah not the best thing.
The linens were suspect and there was mildew in the bathroom and the toilet was not firmly anchored to the floor.
The hotel staff was wonderful and the rooms were fine and comfortable and quiet.
The rooms are not as dirty as the previous poster experienced; I suspect that the management had complaints and cleaned the place up a bit.
I reserved a non-smoking room but on check-in was told there was none available.
I do appreciate the full kitchens - less eating out!

Rooms are reasonably clean (not pristine, if you're squeamish), and, although noisy from outside street noise in a way that I'm not used to in a hotel, the staff is pleasant and the accomodations are fine.

For an extended stay hotel the room was very small, but the kitchen appliances all worked and it was clean.
