  When I first booked my room at the Crosslands Hotel, I worried that the cost was so low because there would be something very unsatisfactory. To the contrary, I found the Crossland Hotel to be clean comfortable and quiet. All rooms are accesed by a common balcony running the length of the building. They save you money by not cleaning your room everyday. You won't find all those little perks, like free little travel bottles of shampoo and lotion, no hairdryer.

  The hotel is located 5 minutes from the airport and only 10 minutes to downtown. Sandra at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Our room had 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a living area.

  Area is OK, semi run down by the airport but the hotel seems pretty newish.

  The door to the room wouldn't completely close without force which was scary because the guests in the room next to us were loud and appeared to be somewhat hostile. The room had a funky smell to it and was ultra basic. There was a small kitchen, towels, table and chair, bed, tv and bar of soap (not even shampoo or condinitioner). 95 for the slowest "high speed" internet i've ever encountered.

  Thank God we had a five star hotel with excellent customer service waiting on us in Las Vegas.

  Upon arrival in the office, we heard another customer complaining that there was an animal in his room, possibly a rat. We were not able to park close to our room. We had to park in the back of a side parking lot. The walk to our room was not very well lit. Upon opening the door to our room, we were both hit with the smell of smoke. My husband picked up the phone at 10:30 pm to call the front office. After we would not open the door and my husband telling him that he had the wrong room, he finally left.

  This place is back off the main road so it's secluded and quiet. Because this is a place where all the rooms are entered from the outside, it can be very loud every time someone elses door shuts. Front desk attendant was very nice and accomodating.

  The staff was extremely friendly and while the room was not huge it met my needs. It sits away from the road so you do not hear the traffic and the whole property is very quiet.

  I found the Crossland Hotel to be clean, comfortable and quiet. If you would like daily maid service you pay a little extra. The bathroom was clean and the shower was clean and roomy (standup only-no tub) with awesome water pressure and shower head. The room seemed to be well insulated and therefore quiet even thought there were guests on either side and above. I think the Crossland Hotel has the right balance of a great low price with a clean and comfortable room.
