The location was amazing, very close to a convenient store, crossroads, and Tacoma. the room was brand-new, clean, and had a balcony along with 2 queen beds. - the staff, including the manager, were excellent. - I spent 14 days here and would love to return in the future.

Great way to end our weekend. Decent base for 1 night with amiable and helpful staff even from the manager. Good choice of goodies for breakfast. Comfy room, warm for value. Efficient business location close to everything. And not far from Tacoma, convenient store and crossroads.

The room was dirty I had a reservation but they where sold out so I had a dirty room I changed the bed myself it was late and I didn't want to look else where I will never go back tho the msn was rude and act like he was mad I asked him could we have room clean he said bi staff was there but him take it or leave basically

Apparently they have a contract with the city to relocate the homeless. I slept with a gun by my bed.

This was an awful experience, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone!! The tv was broke, the phone was broke, there was hair in the bed, people were doing drug deals outside the hotel. It was so disgusting. I was supposed to stay 3 nights with my kids and left after the first as soon as I could.

The staff was very helpful and resolved my concerns, the room was spacious and seemed new for the price, and I appreciated the complimentary toiletries and towels.
