Great stay!
The accommodations were spotless and up-to-date. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby national park, and the hosts were both friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the complimentary Wi-Fi and bicycle rentals, which made getting around a breeze.
There were a couple of downsides, however. While the location was great for exploring nature, it was a bit of a hike to get to any shops or restaurants.

During our stay in this B&B, we found it to be an excellent base, being so close to Taroko Park. we had no trouble finding places to eat in the nearby area. We enjoyed a quick dinner at the night market before heading back to the B&B. The location is by far the nicest we have stayed in Taiwan, and the rooms were spotless with a well-furnished bathroom. The hosts were very attentive and helpful and provided us with an incredible breakfast. they offer free bike rental which was really convenient to explore the area.
The B&B doesn't have an elevator, which can be challenging for travelers with heavy luggage.

Had a great Xmas stay at a B&B near a national park. The location was perfect, close to the park and with a beautiful garden. The owner was super friendly and shared some interesting stories about the local culture. They offered a free pickup service from the local train station and free bike rental which was a huge plus. The breakfast was yummy, we especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and the warm congee. Bonus point for the clean and cozy rooms and the hot tub on the patio.
That there are not many restaurants or shops nearby, but it was not a big issue for us as we brought some snacks with us. The B&B owner recommended some good local restaurants anyways.

They were always available to assist with anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and we loved the view from the breakfast room. The location couldn't have been more convenient, as it was a short drive away from the stunning Taroko National Park and just a couple of minutes from the nearest village. We also enjoyed the added bonus of having a hot tub on our open-air terrace. a great place to stay for exploring the park.
