Conveniently located close to the train station, Hotel Cristallo provided me with a functional bathroom and a decent-sized room. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and they even helped me split the bill into separate ones for business and private purposes. The breakfast offered a limited but satisfactory selection of breads, spreads, cereals, yogurt, cheese. The price was definitely worth it, especially for a conference stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were exceptional. They were genuinely interested in my personal circumstances for being in Friuli, and bent over backwards when I had any requests eg keeping updated on the Icelandic ash cloud situation. They behaved as a warm, small family run business.

It is also within walking distance to the old city center, allowing you to explore the historic sites. Some rooms have spacious areas, and the functional bathrooms come with a toilet and a bidet.

The hotel lacks proper cleaning, resulting in stained towels, filthy walls, and unpleasant smells.

The hotel's staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to accommodate my needs. , the hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to get around the city. the hotel's breakfast buffet had a decent selection of items to choose from.

The hotel's decor is quite outdated and the room lacked basic amenities such as temperature control. The AC was managed by the reception desk, leaving me unable to adjust the temperature myself and causing the room to become uncomfortably hot at times.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - they even made sure I got breakfast before I had to leave early in the morning. The location was perfect for my travels because it was very close to the bus and train stations. Additionally, it was easy to get to the center of the city from there. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast selection was impressive. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel!

The bathroom ventilator was doing big noise when working. The phonic isolation isn't great ( there was a lady next room, she was speaking on phone, we heard her like she was in our room).

Great location just a stone's throw away from the city center. Friendly staff always willing to help with whatever you need. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a great view. The buffet breakfast had enough variety to choose from, and the coffee was delicious. The underground parking facilities were a big plus, and the proximity to public transport was also a key bonus.

Only few minutes walk from city center, train and bus stations. Breakfast was good and with enough choice. English speaking, friendly staff.

Hotel looks a bit old fashioned in its '70s style. It's cheaper than other hotels in town but still quite expensive for its level

I find the hotel Cristallo for this price level very good. I was happy about parkong-garage.
