    Nice hotel but I was glad the company was paying the bills.

    Great location within walking distance to Cow Bay, the physical setting of the Crest Hotel is impressive and the dining room is large.

    We had a day spare in Prince Rupert before we rose early for our journey inland on the Skeena, and we appreciated its convenient location.

    As for location, this is such a small town that nothing is too far away.

    The Crest Hotel overlooks Prince Rupert Harbour and there are marvelous views from the Dining Room and Harbour-side Guest Rooms (you have to book these rooms well in advance).

    The rooms are fairly comfortable if a bit small - not much space to move around the bed.

    The best feature in the room is the king bed, w/ a soft duvet, fluffy down pillows and decent mattress.

    The room and bathroom were spacious, airy, and comfortable.

    Be careful when you book a room that has "queen" beds as they are NOT queens but rather doubles, not cool!

    The hotel itself is pretty good too, the english style bar/lounge is a beautiful room and the restaurant is one of the best not the best that I have ever eaten in.

    Dining room have a similarly fabulous views, great place to stay for a group or family and the food at both restaurants is very good.

    The view from the dining room was superb and a complimentary Internet PC was set up near the bar for hotel patrons.

    The rooms are comfortable and restaurant serve great food.

    Additionally the staff is wonderful, the beds are comfortable and the food is the restaurant was good.

    Hotel was clean and the front desk staff was pleasant enough.

    But worse of all are the surly staff at the hotel reception.

    From the friendly reception employees to the lively restaurant waitresses.

    All in all the hotel was comfortable and service was excellent.

    The hotel had an excellent gym, if you're into gyms.

    There was only one elevator in the hotel and no assistance was offered with the luggage.

    Sitting out on the terrace on a sunny day with a cool drink and just watching the bald eagles.

    Some of the carpet and fittings showed signs of age, but the room was clean and quite acceptable.

    The bathtub was old and not altogether clean between the white ceramic tiles.

    Although small, the room was well furnished and spotlessly clean.

      Dining area excellent- lively and as well as a nice window seat in the bay window. The hotel itself is pretty good too, the english style bar/lounge is a beautiful room and the restaurant is one of the best not the best that I have ever eaten in.

      Looking over the beautiful ocean, great views and overall a lovely place to stay. Additionally the staff is wonderful, the beds are comfortable and the food is the restaurant was good. Including some nice wines by the glass.

      A large sleeping area and nice hotel. The staff was wonderful and the room was well furnished. The food was excellent.

      Views of the hills are great and the modern decor is nicely co-ordinated in plaid. Rooms are fine, food is very good.

      The views over breakfast over the water were great and the hotel had an excellent gym. The service was very friendly, the beds were comfortable and food in the restaurant was very good.
