We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the town center and the beach. It made it so easy for us to explore the city and enjoy the beautiful coastline. The host was wonderful, taking obvious pride in maintaining the property and ensuring that we had a great stay. the hotel had all the amenities we needed, including a pool and BBQ facilities.

That our apartment faced a main road, which made it quite noisy. However, apartments at the rear were much quieter, so I would recommend requesting one of those if noise bothers you.

This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach and shops. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The manager is very helpful and gave us great recommendations. The pool is a perfect place to relax and the views of the palm trees are lovely. The kitchen setup was convenient for preparing meals.

Terry the Manager was terrific. Really friendly and welcoming. Location was perfect. Good price. Good Value. TV quality was good and good to have one in the bedroom as well.

Not much to complain about at all! We didn't find the couch very comfortable, but it didn't really matter as we were outside most of the time. That's the only slight thing I can think of.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to both the beach and the Byron shops. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The apartment was clean and spacious, with excellent natural lighting and all the amenities we needed for our stay. We especially loved sitting on the balcony, enjoying the pool and garden view. It was truly relaxing and made our vacation even more enjoyable.

We couldn't ask for more from this venue. The facilities were modern and easy to use, and the service was top-notch.

I loved the convenient location of this hotel, it was very close to the city centre as well as the beach. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including secure parking and a salt water pool. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in and check-out easy and stress-free.

Couldn,t fault it

The owner at The Crest went above and beyond by helping me with my heavy bags. They even assisted me in setting up the Wifi on my two cell phones. The Aboriginal art in the suite was a lovely touch, and I enjoyed waking up to the sound of birds singing. Having all expectations clearly outlined in writing was greatly appreciated. The private backyard allowed me to enjoy meals outside, and the outdoor pool was a nice feature, even though I didn't get to use it. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Spacious apartment perfect for a family of 4 with a nice pool. 5 minutes walk from the centre of Byron Bay and the beach

The hotel had a great location with shops and the beach close by. It was also a short distance from the centre of town. There were clean BBQs and a nice pool area. The kitchen was well equipped with thoughtful additions.

The noise from the room above was very disruptive.

Place was quite and clean. 10mins walk to beach and kitchen was quite good

Bit of embracement because the bath had no locks and the mattress was good( just I could feel the spring)
