Good view of the river, trolley stop right out in front and the hotel is clean and the staff is very helpful. We tried the pancake house that you get a free voucher for and fine, for the money you can do a lot better, liked the balcony could watch the ducks play. Breakfast needs an upgrade from little donuts to something worth eating.

The rooms are on the river is great and location is fantastic. The hotel is off the main drag leads to a peaceful night and the service is good.

Low cost trolley stops right out front and no water pressure hot. The "breakfast" could be just a little better.

Proximity to great smoky mountains national park, good value and very nice for the price. I liked the friendliness of the staff, employees were friendly and helpful, loved the room gave each bed privacy. Pool was warm and clean.

Balcony and view over creek was great, the staff were friendly and we enjoyed our stay, the service was also very good. The room was clean, pool was nice.

The elevator was very slow, the free breakfast left something to be desired.

The view over the little pigeon river and excellent stay. Good for the price and friendly staff. We loved the balcony and nice outdoor swimming pool for relaxing at.

Slow elevators and nasty sheets. Maybe more cereal than cornflakes.
