It was as expected, had a wonderful stay for 3 nights. The hotel was located near to shoppes and restaurants and other points of interest, and Story Land, Clark's Trading Post, and all the mountain resorts. The venue was in a central location in the The White Mountains area.

The deluxe room had all the basic amenities we needed and the staff were friendly and deserving of a 4-star rating.

I loved the place, it was clean & the staff were attentive. The breakfast was savoury and the service was exceptional. The location was central, amazing to the stores in town- walking distance. A cool bonus was Courtyard Cafe, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

Savoury and rich breakfasts with an English muffin, maple syrup, cheese, the staff were all in all efficient. Our hotel room was newly remodelled and spotless with beautifully designed bathroom.

Everything was great - central location and excellent service. Booked a room with good views of the mountains. The bathroom was large and it had a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets for my convenience.

The hotel is unique and fairly clean, nestled in a unique building with exceptionally good view of the mountains. The rooms are well priced and good sized and they have a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a radio. The breakfast is savoury and varied, outstanding food. This property is in a magnificent and amazing location, so close to all the other areas, bars aplenty, and the countless shops, restaurants, and other attractions in the area.

I had a great time during the holidays, the room was spotless and the hotel was well-maintained, plus my room had a comfy couch and WiFi.

The breakfasts were delicious and filling, with options like hot cocoa and bacon. The room was modern and beautifully designed, with a cozy reading nook and a comfortable settee. The location was amazing, and the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. The staff were attentive and accommodating.

The room was very comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed using the in-room fireplace to heat up the room. Our room had a 32-inch flat-screen TV.

Viewing the TV, you had to sit on a single bed. This was uncomfortable as you had to place several pillows behind your back for back support.

Dawn was adorable, very professional, happy and smiled all the time. So important to have good front of house.

Great location with plenty of eateries and bars within walking distance. Lovely clean and stylish rooms with a lot of character. The owners were friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for dinner and providing a warm welcome. The breakfast was outstanding and made to order, with delicious options like peaches and cream. The communal spaces were spacious and inviting, including a sitting room and games room. The 24/7 availability of water and hot drinks, as well as the sweet treats provided by the owners, were nice touches.

The lack of ice availability may be inconvenient for those who prefer their drinks cold. The bed was uncomfortable for some guests, resulting in a poor night's sleep and a sore back.
