  Great location for activities, the proximity to the various loch's and good value for facilities. Friendly staff, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the restaurant was busy.

  This meant paying for a local taxi often took some considerable time and poor hot water supply at peak times meant showering was a lottery. In addition even the a la carte menu was awful, the pool was too small.

  Excellent location for walking and relaxed atmosphere. Front of house staff also very good, bistro restaurant service very slow 3/4 empty.

  This is not great your outdoors waiting for a bus in a blizzard and we didn't like being herded through the dining room in 45 mins for 3 courses. In addition would have liked clearer explanation of to book dinner and children should have been made to go in their own seperate pool rather than disturbing the adults.

  Large public seating area and the hotel is set in a lovely woodland setting. The staff are extremely welcoming, the food is excellent.

  A ability to dry damp gear getting into the room, swimming pool on the small side.

  The location was great for our trip and i paid a cheap price to stay here. Service was excellent, the room was a good size overlooking the woods and the restaurant staff were friendly. The pool was nice.

  The surroundings are hard to beat the weather was inclement we managed to walk in the surrounding countryside and there are some great places to visit in the area. The food is very good, the friendly guy taking booking for dinner very welcoming.

  The informal nature of the hotel, staff very friendly and the room was very comfortable. Service in the bar was excellent and the breakfasts were very good.

  Nice and friendly hotel in a wonderful location, helpful staff, the excellent service in the restaurant.

  The lounge area is spacious and i was surprised that rooms are actually part of the Hilton Group.

  Value for money was extremely good, the staff were very polite and helpful.

  Bed was uncomfortable and the food at the restaurant was disappointing. The waiters were not up to standard.
