It's hard to me to judge the suitability of this property for weekday business travelers at a weekday price, but for my purposes it was perfect - inexpensive for a clean and convenient center-city hotel.
However, for the $196 price, this hotel is extremely average.
If I were to return, I would choose another hotel because it was only "ok" for an expensive price.
The location was good, central to restaurants and the price was excellent.
Nice location, great stay and high Price.
Was only 5 miles from the party location and check in and check out was a breeze.
The staff was friendly, the room was great, and the location was good.
This location does not have a pool, which was odd for a Courtyard.

They made sure I had my keys, even offered me an apple since I had no time for breakfast, and made sure my parking ticket was validate.

The first overlooked a parking lot and the second faced a wall (in other words, no view), but each had a lot of space and was very quiet.
The parking lot is right next door but you do have to walk a couple of blocks to get into it from the hotel.
