  Wow, a great place and good customer service. I the hot tub, free tea.

  Alot of the shops/restaurants are closed and the pool, as another reviewer writes, IS depressing and very small.

  In the afternoon, the front desk offers warm cookies and great bed.

  This place is expensive, not helpful in navigating the breakfast deal at all.

  Good location for visitors, plenty of taxi service available and massachusetts Avenue and the streets to the north are quite charming. The hotel itself is clean, just blocks from the White House and there's a great free coffee/cappucino machine in the lobby. The daytime front desk staff are also helpful and friendly, rooms are comfy.

  Location close to the mall was excellent, the hotel was quiet and the restaurant in the lobby was not more than adequate. The staff were amazing, rooms were clean and the jacuzzi was nice. The free breakfast downstairs was great.

  Location and front desk staff were great, the hotel room were very clean. The diy coffee/latte machine in the lobby was a big hit and the service was absolutely wonderful. Bed pillows were comfy, facilities including wireless and the pool helped a lot during the very hot days we were there, food for our catered event was fabulous.

  Great location and excellent Value. Nice looking building, reasonable price and the lobby is spacious and comfortable. Staff is just adequate, the rooms are quite large and the restaurant Nage is good also.

  The location is great, just blocks from dupont and the metro, the hotel is clean, white House 10 mins walk etc. nice bar area. Great coffee in the lobby, and close to everything, the staff is helpful and cheerful, is refreshing in Washington, DC. Rooms are large and good value.

  Very good location for families in dc area and great family hotel. The free coffee in the lobby was very appreciated, staff were nice and the beds were very comfortable, and the room was spotless.
