The breakfast at Ella's wood fired pizza was the best we had in Washington. The room on the upper floors was nicely furnished. The staff were amazingly helpful and responsive. The service offered was outstanding. The location was unbeatable in a neighborhood that allows for easy exploration on foot.

The hotel was absolutely great in a nice little in old bank building. the breakfast was incredible, with wine. - the staff was informative. - the service was top-notch. - I had 2 beautiful nights here.

The breakfast in the morning was absolutely fabulous, with tasty sausage and real maple syrup to top it off 😋. I scored a spacious and updated room that had a separate bedroom and four large windows.

The staff here were incredibly helpful and responsive, I will definitely return; the complimentary breakfast was hot and the check-in process was quick and smooth.

The room on the higher floors was well furnished with wake-up service. The staff were fabulously helpful and responsive when I had questions. The location in the Penn Quarter neighborhood was unbeatable, with easy access to a mall and a big shopping mall.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions as this was my first visit to Washington dc. The room was a good size and the bed very comfortable. I felt very safe staying in there. Great location. Very close, one block away from the closest metro station - Gallery Pl. Able to hop on the hop on/hop off tour bus from outside the hotel. A block away from Madame Tussauds and next to Spy Museum.

Went down to the restaurant and couldn't get a seat. Ended up being easier to get room service. The carpet was wet and partly stained but other than that the room was great.

The location was perfect, you can visit a multi-purpose arena by walking. This hotel was in a good area really close to even Lincoln Memorial, the cafe downstairs, metro, restaurants, Chinatown.- The superior quadruple room with a tub was the best.

Very clean! Modern style in an old bank building -- great feel. Room was compact but very comfortable. Ac and shower -- two things in hotels that often under-deliver -- were great. The location is outstanding, across the street from the Smithsonian's American Art Museum and National Gallery, and the Spy Museum; just a few blocks from the Mall, Chinatown, Judiciary Square; and a pleasant, easy walk to both Union Station and the White House. If you don't like walking, the Metro is very nearby as well.
