The Historic District, the location isn't bad for historical/recreational purposes and other nearby hotels have free buffets.
I like the location as it was a distance away from the conference and was a very nice walk in the morning and back in the afternoon.

A very pleasant room with comfortable bed, hotel amenities, deluxe breakfast buffet at a reasonable price and a good location.

The room was a king with very nice linens and one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept on in years!
Unfortunately, the bathroom came with toilet paper that only had 12 sheets left.
I did not use the exersise room or eat breakfast there (It is not complimentary - although it does appear that it is at first).
I chose to skip breakfast and save my money for a great lunch.
Good hotel the restaurant staff was good and the free internet was terrible did not work at night.
The breakfast buffet was $10 extra if you had eggs and sausage or bacon, $7 extra without--an unfortunate premium considering most competitors now offer similar buffets for free.
Also, there was a charge for their breakfast ($9.
The staff was great and the Manager went out of his way to explain that there were a group of kids staying at the hotel for a sports event and advised if there were any issues, to contact the front desk immediately!
The hotel was clean, the staff members were friendly and the services and quality was great.

Furthermore the rooms were huge, microwave was nice and clean and neat.
