Conveniently situated next to the Museum of Sonoma County, which is a great added bonus for guests who enjoy exploring cultural sites 🏛️. The location was spot on for my needs, and I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

I recently stayed at Courtyard in Santa Rosa for a weekend getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me during my stay. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the area. I loved the nice bath tub and the refreshing scent of the lemon soaps provided. a great experience.

Staff were very friendly and helpful when there. However I had specifically requested a quiet room when booking on Booked.net and mentioned that on arrival, yet they put me in a room 1st floor over the entrance of hotel which was v noisy internally and externally

Very noisy room! Noises from toilet (may be plumbing problem) and a constant loud noise from the fridge (was not the aircon) so had to wear earplugs! Also the dinner plate they gave me to heat food in microwave didn't fit in so was v awkward. I've travelled alot and this is an over priced 3 star hotel although it was labour weekend.

The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. The room was spotless and comfortable, with top-quality amenities. I even received complimentary waters upon check-in and the staff happily brought me extra pillows when I requested them. The hotel smelled fresh and lovely, creating a pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent customer service and great location.

no hot water in room, no water pressure in room, we couldnt even take showers while we were there, absolutely horrible... terrible food that is microwaved, open the kitchen cook real breakfast we didnt even eat it was so bad...

The hotel has modern rooms and exceptionally comfortable beds. The property staff is affable and amicable. The location is marvelous, relatively near Luther Burbank Home and Gardens. It's at a short distance from the heart of the city. Every time we stay in Santa Rosa, we like to stay here.

I like the location, but when I went to upgrade my room to what I thought I had already booked, I was way overcharged.

This hotel is very noisy. I could not sleep from 6 am and on. Doors closing and banging on the walls was horrible.

The room I was assigned at Courtyard gave off an unpleasant smoke smell, but the staff quickly switched me to a clean room. The hotel's outstanding service and cleanliness made up for this minor inconvenience. I highly recommend Courtyard for a comfortable stay. I'll recommend this hotel.
