Well priced and modern hotel located in a nice area just off the beautiful pond, local shops, and restaurants, shopping and highways. Indoor restaurant on the premises, great-sized room with the bathroom had a strong pee smell and a bathtub, for instance. A wide range of outstanding food for meals. Great way to end our trip.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

I did like when I requested more pillows they provided us with them right away.

I didn't like that there was a CONDOM WRAPPER on the side of my bed or how how housekeeping knocked and barged in on us at 9am and we were still sleeping.Front desk was very cold nothing like I have ever felt going to any other Mariott.

I had such a great stay at this hotel in Richmond! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They really went above and beyond to make sure I had a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean and had everything I needed, including basic amenities. I also loved the location, which was close to everything I wanted to see and do. There was even a beautiful pond with a nice fountain, providing a lovely view from some of the rooms. And the fact that breakfast at the nearby Starbucks was included was a wonderful bonus!
