  Focused on going the extra mile, and showed, nice location. Best hotel in Quebec city and the building itself is beautiful and well maintained. The warm and welcoming lobby has a large stone fireplace, a resturant, clean the staff are excellant. Room is huge.

  Great location and service, excellent hotel, price was reasonable. The staff were helpful and the manager, Gigi was wonderful. The room was spotless and the buffet breakfast was worth every penny.

  Gorgeous city and easy walk to most things from cym, this hotel is located on the Place d'Youville just outside St, the staff is bilingual and very helpful.

  Great value in a great location, fantastic Hotel and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room service was pretty good and the concierge, Christian, was equally pleasant and knowledgeable.

  The location was great, and the staff were really helpful and friendly, our stay was perfect and we would definitely return to this hotel, room was clean, king bed very comfortable. Breakfasts were great.
