Good value, clean rooms, fairly quiet location because it is not right on the interstate like most of the hotels in the area.
Very helpful staff, excellent facilities, and decent location (near BYU).
This hotel has a great location near the byu provo campus and good customer service.
Good business hotel - comfortable bed, staff was very friendly and polite, the bathroom was modern enough and functional.
Some things that I didn't like about the room were (1) the bed was king-sized.
It's absolutely the most comfortable hotel bed I've encountered,.
Overall, comfortable size rooms, comfortable beds, pleasant lobby with places to relax.
My only complaint is that the bed was too hard and not very comfortable.
The attached restaurant (a TGIFriday's) is nothing special, but our rate included a very good breakfast buffet.
Though I like a free continental breakfast, I ventured to a local restaurant instead.
The restaurant attached to the hotel was nice - I was alone for several nights - so I was happy that I didn't have to get in the car and go find someplace to eat.
Very nice, didn't know we had to pay for breakfast when we went in for the breakfast buffet.
The complimentary breakfast at the attached tgifridays was good.
The front desk staff are excellent, fast check in, good customer service, good internet available, nice indoor pool, laundry facilities available for those on a road trip, like we were.

I always use their free shuttle because I come to work up at BYU and a local software company and the shuttle is very conventient.
Free wireless, other meals there were somewhat mediocre and the pool was fine.
The moment I walked into the Lobby I was greeted with smiles from everyone, even tho they were very busy helping several other travellers.
There was also wireless internet provided at no extra charge, so bring your WiFi card.
Great hotel, very helpful staff and the room was squeaky clean.
The room was squeaky clean and the shower was positively wonderful.
Altho the small bath was simple tile and the floor and countertop a simple laminate, it was still very clean and nice.
