The hotel was peaceful and clean, the staff was very welcoming and quick to your responses, the rooms were spacious and the beds.
Front desk staff were gracious and friendly, room looked just like the picture and was very clean.
The hotel was very pretty, clean and quiet, the reception staff were friendly, at least the rooms were odor free.

I am assuming wet carpeting by guests traipsing back and forth from the pool area, low quality.
