Courtyard Orlando Downtown - 奥兰多

The location is convenient for and the entire hotel is smoke-free otherwise.

This hotel does have a problem with location/parking.

With regards to the Courtyard's location, I would not say it is unsafe.

If you are intimidated by being in a city, then you will most likely be intimidated by the hotel's location.

The balcony was definitely a good size, but overlooked the gas station next door.

The second issue was one of the beds being in bad shape, to the point where when one of us got up in the middle of the night, it sounded like the bed was going to break!

To make a long story short, the clerk accomodated us with a one queen bed plus sofabed room with a balcony.

When I asked if the room had a balcony and two beds, he said that there were no rooms of that type left.

The room itself was musty and damp, with a sticky substance all over the desk and hair in the bathroom tub.

The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was great - huge selection.

The people that work the front desk, the breakfast bar and the lounge are all attentive and friendly.

A full breakfast is the only meal available.

And you can bring food in and eat in the lounge or the gazebo near the pool.

I didn't find the walk downtown to be bad at all- probably about 15 minutes to nice restaurants- and felt safe in the neighborhood.

NEIGHBORHOOD: If you lack transportation, your choices for restaurants within walking distance are extremely limited.

Great place and cUSTOMER SERVICE: Helpful staff.

The front desk staff, the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room, and the fact that you can see the TV from the desk (doesn't often happen that way!

Parking is scarce and you have to walk around the building a bit to get into the secure door if you come back late at night.

As mentioned in another review, there is a popular 7-11 across the parking lot that attracts a few shady customers.

Beyond that, there is a homeless hangout on the other side of the fence from the parking area.

The hotel itself is clean and quiet, high speed internet works great.

The room was clean and quiet (5th floor overlooking the pool), nicely furnished, with a balcony and free highspeed internet.

They radio-ed housekeeping to ask that the requested room type that would be clean early.

The staff were always freindly and our room was clean.
