The staff is so over the top friendly and accommodating, the rooms are well appointed, great restaurants of Soho are a few blocks away.
The location is perfect and the hotel price is reasonable by NY standards.

New, modern, clean, good location and 10 taxi distance to Central Park. The hotel beds are comfortable, the lobby is great and everyone in The Village will be there on a warm day. The staff is extraordinarily friendly, rooms are big enough for New York and clean, fresh complimentary coffee is available. The basement gym is well equipped.

The desk staff were very helpful in locating various stores, in my opinion the best food in New York was Greenwich Village/SoHo and the view south from our room was very nice. This hotel was that good and the price was right as well. The service was excellent, manager Justin Scarpa was extremely accommodating and not serious as the shower was huge and clean. Free wireless was a plus and the elevators were quick.

Many sightseeing point need to change train or walk several blocks, quiet, comfortable hotel in the middle of NYC and the lobby is completely updated and new. Just about all of the staff here are uber friendly, checkout is seamless and the beds are super comfy and the room has a mini fridge.

The staff were friendly and helpful on good places to eat in the area, all of the front desk employees were lovely. The rooms were also quiet and the folks in the adjoining coffee/wine bar were as sweet. The gym access was free.
