I must note that the bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet, so I was very thankful for that.

I explained that I did not think this room was much better and if there was any way I could get another room, pay extra, get a room with a smaller bed, etc.

After getting new linnens we pulled out the sofa bed and had to call yet again to get more bedding.

The front desk clerk circled the available rooms on a map of the property and let me choose our room.

The bed was very comfortable and the wireless Internet access had a good strong signal.

There are loads of restaurants and shops nearby and the freeway entrance is less than a block away.

The hotel is located within easy walking distance between The Olive Garden, Black Angus and Bakers Square restaurants.

Second, it was well-located, right next to a shopping center with plenty of dining options and stores for any on-the-run requirements.

I do recommend venturing out to Downtown for excellent meals.

Good Value, front desk staff was helpful and generally the room was clean.

STAFF: Absolutely wonderful, the Manager's social in the evening was a pleasant way to sit outside in the quiet courtyard and room was clean and comfortable.

Staff of the whole hotel very friendly the area was very safe and close to everything you might need.

My family always stays in nice hotels and friendly service.

Clayton's and The Nines were excellent places for locally-sourced produce and friendly service.

Sitting by the pool using the free wireless internet access from our laptop was enjoyable.

I didn't bring my laptop but there is *free* wireless access throughout the hotel.

Clean and quiet room near many chain restaurants including Outback & Olive Garden --but no room service.

While the room was clean and decent and everything functioned, the place is definitely run-down and far below any other Courtyard I've stayed at.
