Sheraton etc Old renovated hotels getting big money for short quality, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the living room was very large.
The front-desk staff was very friendly and accommodating, my room was clean.
Helpful concierge in lobby, staff service was flawless and rooms were very clean.

The public areas are spotless, key West is a charming town and the view is nice and you can watch the sun set right from the hotel. For the money, we can find something more comfortable, the lobby is great and the service even better. The tiki bar is located at one end of the pool, near the very large hot tub spa, the breakfast is ok and the receptionists were always helpful.

Pool area just ok and always a bright stop in the day. Great place to stay, ab lobster house was excellent and prices were reasonable. Breakfast was ample continental style and staff service was flawless and the concierge service extremely helpful.

Good location and great Stay. Worth the money, helpful concierge in lobby and an example of excellent Customer Service. Able room for all, the pool is large and has a jacuzzi.

The beach you see in the picture is useless and breakfast is not included and overpriced.

Location was good and landscaping was appealing, the hotel room was clean. The lobby was very nice and had a starbucks shop, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the large bedroom had 2 queen beds. Breakfast was free and served by starbucks.

The pool area is nice and large and is kept clean, the hotel is attractive, tropical and modern looking, prices are reasonable. The staff are very helpful and very convenient to bed after a visit to the Tiki bar and jacuzzi.

The location is postcard perfect on the ocean side of the key and good place to stay save bucks. The front desk personnel are very helpful and friendly, the suite is really nice and big. The pool is large and heated.

The bathroom had a large wetroom style shower, best hotel Ive stayed at in Key West and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was nice, the buffet was reasonably priced and the service and food was great.

The hotel lobby had just been renovated and was absolutely gorgeous, the pool was great and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

The private beach is basically just a creek behind the hotel and excellent accommodation in Key West. The poolside tiki bar is very nice, the pool is adequate.
