Pretty friendly and excellent staff, it was pleasant stay.
Reasonably clean hotel and brand-new queen room, which was amazing for me. There was very comfy bed, central heating, multi-channel television and a small fridge. Location: the venue was next to Restaurant and location and South Florida and the center of Jacksonville. Friendly service, even though a few employees were not very good.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Jacksonville during a business trip. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and made our check-in process seamless. The lobby and bar area had a modern and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were immaculate and well-maintained, with comfortable beds for a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location was also convenient for our needs. Although the fitness center was a bit small, it still served its purpose. The only downside was that the outdoor pool wasn't available due to bad weather. However, the bar offered a great selection of fresh food options and delicious Starbucks coffee. we had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.
