The mattress was very comfortable and I liked that the bed faced the window (felt like it wasn't just like every other hotel). The lobby had a nice modern feel and the place was very clean.

The room was exceptionally dry, even by New England winter standards. The tap on the faucet was very tight too, so that it took a bit of force to open and close it.

The location is excellent, within a short walk to various restaurant chains, shopping outlets, a baseball tournament, and stores. Our room was spacious and included a comfortable couch and a king-sized bed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful

The stopper in the bathtub did not work so I could only shower. I did not tell them until we left because I didn't want to worry about arranging a maint. visit.

We had a really nice stay in this business hotel. The location was favorable, very close to Hartford, the XL Center, restaurants, and a shopping mall. Went to Red Robin Gourmet Burgers for a drink or two, not very far from the property.

I liked the convenience of location.

When we booked on computer, it stated that we would get free breakfast. Well we were given a hard time. Had to show them the printed reservation and we were only allowed one choice. It was also stated that we could only get two adult breakfast and two children's breakfast even though there were four adults staying in room. We felt uncomfortable getting what we paid for because that's the way they made us feel. The room was not cheap for one night. It was $188.00. Don't think I'll be using the Marriott again for my Women of Faith Weekend. Also noone at front desk when leaving or having our problem.

The room had central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a microwave - loved having those conveniences! 📺 Also, the dinner at the on-site restaurant was really good.

The staff at the hotel were respectful. We could use wake-up service and ironing for free. The hotel was in a comfortable and excellent location. I had a wonderful experience at the Courtyard Hartford Manchester in Manchester. The staff was so respectful, and it was great that we could use the wake-up service and ironing for free. Plus, the hotel was in such a comfortable and fantastic location. It was a nice change from the usual corporate America restaurants.

Facility had nice pool, fitness center & cafe. Location was convenient and staff were really friendly, nice and accomodating.

I booked a room for 3 people, that indicated it had a bed and a pullout chair (my son was only going to be with us for night 2 of 2), but it only had the bed. Also, I paid for breakfast to be included, but both mornings we were charged for it (after looking up our account) and refunded us ony after we spoke up about it. That seemed sleazy. In addition, rooms are unatractive (yellow & red striped carpets) and the beds were really hard.

It was very quiet,clean and comfortable. The location is good because it's near just about everything and the value for your money is reasonable.

Excellent location close to restaurants, shopping mall, and Hartford.

Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, its decent location and my reasonably large room. The restaurant was good for dinner. The service was fantastic during all my really really nice stay. Everything was simply great.
