I contacted the hotel on various, extremely disappointing service from the manager and the rooms were very nice and clean.
The lobby was very inviting and nicely decorated for the holidays, staff were all professional and courteous, on the plus side, the receptionist checked us out was really helpful.
The bed was awesome and breakfast buffet was great and had an excellent variety of choices.

Central to some great shops, malls and restaurants, very Pleasant stay, i loved the 24 hour complimentary coffee in the lobby. The staff were very nice, the room fridge was big enough for some grocery items and an adequate gym were appreciated.
