  Good location next to a large shopping center and adequate hotel. The staff were courteous, room was hot making sleeping difficult and breakfast was included in our rate was a nice bonus.

  Good location and the hotel staff were very accommodating. Service was reasonable, internet access must be paid and was EUR 12 per day.

  Convenient location and because the costs need to be paid by the guests, not by me. The staff were friendly and efficient, the Internet was free and had a good connection.

  Decent hotel north of the city centre and service was excellent. The rooms were rather small and trully hot.

  The hotel kept my very large piece of luggage and the staff were extremely attentive and very welcoming. The bed seems to be the typical courtyard type bed was comfortable for me to sleep.

  Near by swimming center and the underground is very close by and makes anywhere in Frankfurt really accessible. The hotel is clean, tidy and a big grocery store is right next door. The staff is nice, the room and bathroom are very good and the beds are comfortable, the basic Continental Breakfast is €13.

  Good location and facilities, the staff is pleasant and professional, answering questions and arranging for cabs for us, the hotel is connected to a great mall that has anything you need. Breakfast is nice.

  Near airport, the subway was incredibly convenient and the fridge was handy for us to store our breakfast items for our early departure. The hotel was clean, the price was very reasonable and the staff were most helpful and kind. The room was nice, the food in the restaurant was quite tasty and reasonably priced.

  The soap and shampoo were cheap sachets, the Spa next door was closed for renovation.
