The queen room was impressive with a pullout couch. Central heating, pay television, and a fridge worked well. This quiet and perfect hotel had a remote setting in the Dayton area. Moreover, it's just next door to downtown and campus.

The room was exceptionally nice with a pullout couch, sofa bed, and snacks. Coffee & tea making machines and a refrigerator were a huge plus. The hotel had a convenient location not far from Dayton and the river, close to everything.

Everything was brand-new, had such a great stay on vacation. Enjoyed our rooms with a pullout couch. The hotel had a remote location to the Dayton area for work. It was near downtown and other things to do, restaurants to choose from, and the stadium across the street.

The staff here were super friendly, they even offered to wake you up and iron your clothes for free. The king room came with a nice surprise - a pullout couch 🛋.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfy. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We loved the included breakfast, which was delicious and a pleasant surprise. The staff, especially Amanda, were incredibly helpful and provided great recommendations. The hotel was conveniently located close to downtown and major attractions. The free parking on site was also a bonus.

I recently stayed at this hotel while in the Dayton area for work and I was very pleased with my experience. Firstly, the location was ideal as it was close to major attractions in the area. Additionally, the hotel offered great value for money with its reasonable prices. The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the clean and comfortable rooms to the basic amenities provided. I especially appreciated having a room with a pullout couch, which was perfect for my needs. Furthermore, the breakfast included was a wonderful bonus, with a variety of options served to start the day off right.

the whole room was impressive and had tv with satellite channels, climate control and a fridge. the bed was fine; and there was a bath.

We liked that it was nice,clean and very modern. Staff was very friendly!

The pool had to much chlorine and because of the remodeling breakfast was in a conference room.
