The central heating, TV, and refrigerator in the room made my stay very comfortable. Having a tub in the bathroom was a great addition. The hotel's central location near great restaurants, parks, shopping, and sporting events was very convenient. Close proximity to the St. Charles steak house was a bonus.

Our stay there was very pleasant! Our location was peaceful in the Chicago area. In the evening we visited Spotted Fox Ale House it was nearby.

Staff was very friendly and the room was So cozy and comfortable.

The hotel is in a great area near many restaurants, attractions, and stores. The location is quiet and within walking distance of a shopping mall.

The hotel is wonderful. The rooms are large and fairly quiet. The staff are really helpful and offer wake-up service and ironing free of charge. They offer good service. It has a favorable position in the Chicago area. They serve a huge variety of meals, and the food I tried was outstanding.

found leftover food in fridge when I checked into room. brought it to front desk and they didn't seem to care. makes me question the thoroughness of the cleaning each room gets.

The hotel was in great condition, clean, and well-maintained. The breakfast included with the room rate was outstanding, with made-to-order dishes like scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, and the best hash browns I've ever had. The hotel also provided free shuttle service to and from the nearby Arcada Theatre. The location was convenient, with many great restaurants and attractions within close proximity. the hotel exceeded my expectations and was a fantastic value for the price.

I felt very lucky to have found this hotel; everything was taken care of without any trouble.

I am a frequent traveler and have stayed in a large number of hotels across the US. I have never had a better breakfast included with my room rate. I had scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, and the best hash browns I have ever had. Did I mention this was made to order and not on a buffet that has been out all morning. This also came with Starbucks coffee. Courtyard also provided a free shuttle to and from the Arcada Theatre.

Great location! You'll find lots of awesome restaurants, attractions, downtown area, parks, shopping spots, and sporting events nearby. The staff here is super professional and they always greet you with a smile! 😊

convient for where we were going

My room was big, had a cool flat-screen TV with all the channels 📺, air conditioning, and even a fridge for snacks!

Its location was peaceful, close to the downtown area, and in a good area. Tried some takeout specials at Subway, luckily it was not too far from the venue. The room a nice size and the beds were comfortable.
