The location is convenient, close to a Starbucks cafe and the Bistro restaurant. Martha at the cafe was handling the pressure with a great attitude and smile. The view is pleasant, and the bar is nice. I will definitely stay here again while in the Charlotte area.

It was close to the North and South Carolina offices I needed to visit.

Booking on line was easy. Also I had to adjust my booking due to a meeting farther south. It was a simple way to adjust my reservation

The room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a pleasant view. the bathroom was particularly good, with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. - the location was marvelous and comfy, just a pleasant stroll away from Elevation Church.

The hotel is absolutely amazing with incredibly nice personnel in the most pleasant manner. The property is set in an absolutely perfect and good location near to the Bistro restaurant.

Breakfast was good, not worth the price though. Also, should have been a continental, free, breakfast. Room was spectacular. Room clerk (at check in) went out his way to get a correct room.

See above. Also, a little akward to get into and out of the parking lot. One way streets, center malls, etc.

The hotel was clean and had very nicely furnished rooms. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven. The daily service was excellent. I came here for 2 nights and had a very very good stay.

The staff here were highly professional and amazing, the room was beautifully furnished, the bed was comfy, and the location was ideal for exploring Charlotte and the surroundings.
