Everything was great, had a very nice stay in for a Saturday night stay. The location was marvellous and particularly good, at a medium distance from Birkdale Golf Club. The hotel was near bistros and bars. The room was newly remodelled, with a comfortable bed.

A huge variety of food for breakfast, which was appetising to satisfy everyone. The rooms where a nice size with a comfortable bed and the full amenities, for example. Location: the hotel was really close to bars and restaurants, Charlotte and shopping centre.

The double room I got was included with a comfortable bed, the full amenities, an upgraded shower which was great.

The welcoming staff provided outstanding service. The room had a comfortable bed. The location was particularly good, right next to the last soccer tournament and a shopping center. Nearby Kilwins had some yummy goodies and drinks. The room was newly remodeled.

This is a great place to stay, rooms are very nice, great location, and stay was very nice. I will definelty be staying at this location again in the future.

The rooms here are newly decorated and spacious, with fantastic swimming pools and cozy beds, plus exceptional services available.

The bed.

No refrigerator, no microwave, no TV guide, no guide on remote, no stationary bikes on the gym. The food was expensive and the coffee was too strong. I complained and the food Mgr gave me a suitable cup.

As soon as you walk in the lobby everything smells fresh and clean! The staff, including all at Bistro, and cleaning personel on the second floor, were polite and helpful! The room was immaculate! The bed was absolutely comfortable!

I didn't care for the shampoo and sundries. I had forgotten mine so had to use!

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was fantastic, especially the front desk. They were friendly and accommodating, and their attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice upgraded shower and a comfortable bed. The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to a shopping center and Lake Norman. The breakfast was also enjoyable, with a good variety of options. I felt like I received great value for the price I paid.

Check in was made simple Clerk made sure that we had choices on where to go for dinner and gave some 'welcome to lake norman' ideas. I have back problems and usually have a waterbed at home-didn't need it at the hotel b/c the mattresses slept great. Was able to do an upgrade with a tub for 2. Has a pleasant atmosphere in general. Found the staff from the front door to housekeeping to the café truly friendly and helpful.

That we weren't able to stay longer

We will definitely choose this hotel for our next trip as it completely met our needs. The double room was perfect for us, equipped with a flat-screen TV, cable channels, a writing table, and ironing facilities. I must mention that the waitstaff was truly excellent.

Location: the hotel was close to the airport and Charlotte and shopping centre. Ate at House of Taipei, it's not too far from the venue.
